    This service is a monthly subscription service for 5 EGP/Month.
     
    Service is renewed automatically unless subscriber doesn’t have sufficient amount in his credit balance on the date of renewal.

  • How many numbers can the customer add to each of his lists?

    • Customer can add a maximum of
    • Black list 100 dials
    • White list 20 dials
    • All other lists 10 dials each

  • What are the lists available?

    Black list:
    With the Black List service, choose a list of numbers that you do not wish to receive calls from and by making yourself unreachable to them, while allowing the rest of the calls to come through.
     
    White list:
    With the White List, choose a list of numbers that you wish to make yourself reachable to, while appearing unavailable to the rest of the callers
     
    Special announcement list:
    The numbers that are on this list will listen to a predefined announcement chosen by the subscriber out of 5 predefined announcements
     
    Divert list;
    The numbers on this list will be diverted to a predefined number that the subscriber configures
     
    Voicemail list:
    The numbers that are on this list will be diverted to the subscribers’ voicemail

  • How can you configure and activate all the above lists?

    IVR
    By calling 767 (30 PT /call) you will be able to:
    -   Add / remove dials from each list
    -   Activate/ deactivate lists
    -   Block last caller
    -   Activate / deactivate don’t disturb
     
    USSD
    By dialing *767# you will be able to:
    -   Activate / deactivate Do Not Disturb feature
    -   Request last 10 incoming calls
    -   Block Last Caller
    -   Clear lists
     
    Web
    By visiting www.etisalat.com.eg you can access your Call Filters service self care interface, where you will be able to after logging into your account:
    -   Add / remove dials from each list
    -   Activate/ deactivate lists 
    -   Activate / deactivate don’t disturb
