Upon renewing on day 30 of your bundle validity, your unconsumed mix will be transferred to the following month automatically.

Important Information

The monthly fees of all Hekaya bundles are recharge-tax inclusive.
In case you consumed all the bundle mix, you can renew your bundle using early-renewal service through *807# or you will be charged with a flat rate of 19PTs for every minute or megabyte consumed.
Upon adding a free line to the family, 25% of the Mixes of the main line will be transferred automatially to the free line as follows;

In case you activated international service on Hekaya, you will be charged 5 mix for every second you make. The service is valid for all the countries except for the hard to reach and satellite countries.
