Know more about the New Emerald world

  • All the monthly fees are Tax exclusive.
  • Price for an extra local minute is 19pts, local SMS 30pts, international minute 2.99EGP and 1.99EGP for an international SMS.
  • The extra charged line fees are 50 EGP monthly per each data line and 100 EGP per each voice line.
  • The value of the yearly Handset Voucher is 5,000 EGP for Emerald 2000 customers
  • You have to activate your Roaming bundle before travelling through “My Etisalat” application noting that the 1.5GB are to be used in specific list of countries. For more details
  • For Emerald 250 & Emerald 450 only, 2GB are deducted from the local mobile internet to enjoy the 1.5GB while roaming.
  • You can add a landline for free under your Emerald account and it will be counted from your free family lines. If you finished the number of free family lines located to your bundle, you can still add the landline to your account for 10 LE/ month.
  • Emerald customer shall enjoy some free monthly services like Call keeper and White list.
  • Available minutes for 7070 service: 15 minutes for Emerald 250, 30 minutes for Emerald 450, Emerald 650, 60 minutes for Emerald 1000 and Emerald 2000 . (cost of extra minute: 1.5LE/ minute)
  • Free Extra dedicated monthly quota for Etisalat TV worth of 3GB, after finishing them the customer shall consume from his main quota normally
  • The customer can enjoy direct installments for his mobile phone.
  • Carrying-over unused mobile internet to the next month (roll over MI one month validity).
  • If the customer finished his mobile internet quota and does not want to subscribe to Mobile internet add-ons, the internet speed shall decrease automatically to 64Kb (FUP 10GB)
  • After the one year free of subscription on Etisalat TV, the customer shall pay 110 LE to continue enjoying TV service (excluding Emerald 2000).
  • Emerald 250 shall enjoy 3 months free of subscription on OSN channels. Emerald 450 shall enjoy 6 months for free. Emerald 650 and Emerald 1000 shall enjoy One year free of subscription on OSN channels. After the promo duration, if customer wishes to continue enjoying OSN channels (a monthly fee of 100LE will be added on the monthly bill)
  • Emerald 2000 will enjoy free ongoing subscription on OSN channels
